I joined this practice in late 2017. Ive not had an amazing experience at other doctors surgeries and i only usually go to the docs if im really ill. This year i had to go several times and on each ocassion was seen by a different doctor. Each doctor i saw was beyond exceptional. They listened and took their time with me and explored every symptom i had. They were thorough and just completely put me at ease. Thank god for these doctors. I feel seriously lucky to be living in this area. Reception team could do with a bit of a nudge but the superb doctors make up for that.
This is the best practice I’ve ever been registered at. Once you have an appointment (which can be a bit of hassle as it’s phone only from 8am for same day bookings - with most gone by 8.15) - all of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have had a fair bit of rotation of GPs and Locums the last year, but it’s settled down again now. Appointments run pretty much on time and they are very accommodating. - especially good with children.

Excellent . I have been with this practice since 1996 , and remember it being in a hut on the grounds of Mayday Hospital , before it relocated to 519 London Road. I’ve seen a lot of changes , but the biggest one is the undue pressures that GP’s have to face due to budget cuts . Due to this it’s becoming hard to recruit and retain GP’s, which means increased waiting times and lesser appointments for us . Receptionist have also undue pressures , just to name a few, by ensuring that patients medical records are up to date , being careful they haven’t missed something vital , and the continuous phones calls , trying to balance out which calls are urgent or not. . Yes they may seem off at times but I wouldn’t take it personally, you only have to step into their shoes for one day and realise what they go through .The NHS is a blessing and as things are going now , we may not have it in the future, so therefore we should help retain it by supporting our practice staff and using the service when we Really need to .
I am very pleased with the service of this surgery. Staff included. Dr Khan takes the time to explain your symptoms and any medication that she prescribes for you. She also takes time to listen to you. This is a good thing as i find the medical field on the whole do not listen to the young or old people. The young are dismissed because they are young an deemed to be without knowledge and the old are neglected because they are already on the way to the grave, so why bother! Yes! unfortunately that has been the experience i have witnessed. This is why i say its good to be listened to.. Sumayyah Mootoo

Administration staffs are excellent!! Doctors and nursing staffs do their best. Keep up the good job ladies at the front desk and keep up the good work.
Great surgery the doctors are all very good and it doesn’t matter who you see. Also a great bonus is that the receptionist and admin staff are friendly and very helpful.
